Ok today is my officiel premiere jour d'ecole and there is only one word to describe it, SLACK! I have lessons like twice or thrice a week and then maybe only 1 lesson for another week. The following is my timetable:

p.s. Apparently the french education system promotes EXTREME flexibility so profs can anyhow schedule lessons and change lessons as and when they want. It explains why the timetable is so FLEXIBLE. If u look close enough you can see that i'm finishing European Tax Law (ET Law) by 03 Feb, what rubbish ?!!? :P but oh well we all learn i guess, different culture different ppl.
Met up with Nice-Visite members, aka The ppl who speak English in Edhec, aka the Overseas Exchange Buddies, aka Classmates (all those who were present at the Welcome session will be those taking the English track tgt with me). Nice ppl who are really friendly and for some reason, i think i have the clubbing face, everyone's asking if i have been to any clubs and whether i wanna join them, weirddddd
Fencing Olympic Sydney Champ 2000, World Champion 2003:
Jean Noel Ferrari (yes his surname is Ferrari)
Met up with Maitre Ferrari for a random fencing session at his salle at le Stade du Ray. Hais but after fencing some 15 year old boys who fenced epee for fun, Maitre Ferrari said that its quite pointless for me to learn fencing here unless i merely want it for leisure.
Due to the lack of Epee enthusiatists in NICE, he no longer teaches Epee so he only teaches Sabre (the no.1 weapon in Nice) and the Fleuret. He does teach Epee but only for the visually handicapped. Yep so i guess no fencing for poor me here in Nice.
But all in all it was gre8 to meet an Olympic Champ afterall and he seems really willing to share and explain in English and tried very hard to understand my broken french haha. Still i think i wanna buy some blades and maybe a jacket back since there is VAT reduction :P
Ppl place ur orders plssss
